when you followed with all this stuff (then the cdi, killswitch, ignition, coils) did you mean you swapped that stuff also. if so maybee some wires are not correct? i had the one cylinder prob a long time ago but it was just a bad plug. 2 brand new plugs and i was movin again. was it a stock stator? did you ohm the plug wires? hhmmm hard to just tell you i am better at hands on.

go with that and see what happens.

anyone else have any input

Either a ground or a harness issue. Try moving the handle bars around when kicking. Also, set a plug against the frame instead of engine to test fire. If the engine does not ground to chassis, that is a problem. Broke wire, ground, bad terminations, that is about all you have left.

ok so i got a stator(thanks BADSHEE) swapped it, then the cdi, killswitch, ignition, coils and then we got spark but when we put the shee back 2gehter only 1 cylinder would fire. we swapped the pluggs and nothing again?WTF....need help any ideas

i would check and double check the ground. also make sure the coil has a good groud at the frame. double check all your connections and plugs. good luck

is your coil grounded properly? i mean bare metal on the tabs? this will cause spark issues like you are describing. your only options are this or a bad ground somewhere. make sure no wires are bare and that everything is plugged in. the banshee wiring system is pretty simple.

did your bike run before with that harness and different electrical parts?

we tried my flywheel also like he said only thing we didnt change was his wiring harness the coil had a good ground to the frame also put a plug between the exhaust and the frame no need to check the ohms on the plug wires because he had my coil we slo put all his stuff back onto my running banshee and mine still ran so it got to be in the harness
