If it is actually plugged in, unplug it. If everything work great eksept when you let off the go lever, it is very likely the TORS. Sorry, cool not resist messn. Remember that there are "plugs" on these devices. Cutting them will do little good over simply unplugging them. If you have any problems at part throttle, it is not the TORS. blowit
thats what im sayin its plugged up and the throttle response is fine so should i unplug it If you mean plugged "in" , yes, unplug it. That will have no affect on da response but should allow it to idle if the TORS system is hacked up. Word. B

angler
you said the TORS was basically removed. does that mean you put the new throttle cables on without the stock, crazy looking robot things on top? If you did replace the cables, did you install an "idle" screw in your carb?

angler
nope didnt install no parts of the tors removal kit just unpluged all the wiresnow i can get it to idle but only with the choke on i dont no why though I think if you unplug all the connectors you have to install the idle screw in the left carb. This must be done be someone with knowledge and the right tools (tap & die set) If the stock cables are still on the carbs try turning the large knobs on top. I think that will raise and lower your idle. It's been a while since I had that crap so I might be wrong.

Comes with the Idle screws the drill bit and the tap to correctly install it.. You will need a file (not provided) to flatten out a part on the carb to put in idle screw.. it comes with all the instructions and pretty good pictures on what there talking about doing in each step. This should help you out.
