Steering stem,and tie rod problem

First off, last year i bent my steering stem where the tie-rods mount up.. Took if off and my father bent it back at work on a press, looked pretty good, never had a problem..rode it for about 6 months after he bent it back..

Now I have a problem that i just noticed, i installed ASR a-arms +2+1 (fully adjustable)and im having problems.. When I turn my handle bars to the left the tab on the steering stem hits the bump, but when I turn to the right I does not.. What is going on there?? I have no idea? Is the steering stem still bent, somewhere else perhaps, also when looking at the bike from like 5 feet back or so from the front the right of the handle bars are higher.. any explaination for that?...

I cant seem to get my toe in or out correct.. I measured my tie-rods from threaded end to end and I have 14 3/4.. does that seem right or are these to long..

I thread the ends all the way in and then try to adjust bc ther tires are pointing in way to much, when iu twist the tie rods they just go in further.. Am i missing something.. im really confused.

I am thinking about swapping my steering stem and see what happends...

Some one with ASR tie rods please give me a measurment???

Or what is the average length for +2 a-arms.?

Please help and thanks in advance...

the tie rods and ends are reverse threaded so when you spinthem one way it sucks both ends in and toes it out and when you spin them the other way it pushes both ends out and toes in,,, i never mesured any of my shit, just did it by eye, takes alot of trial and error, i rode it a few times and kept adjusting the tie rods untill i liked how it handled

as far as the steering stem hittin the stop one way and not the other... the only thing i could think of is your steering stem is twisted, not bent, or yoor stop isnt straight, thats what happend to me, after a couple flips and pairs of bars, it bent the stop out on the bottom, so the bars were turning to far and the inside of the wheel was hittin my a arms skid plate, i hammered that stop back straight by eye, and it fixed the problem, now it hits stop before it hits the a arms, or maybe you have one side adjusted a little different too, and its a combination of a fw things being out of line , steering stem, stop, tie rods, takes some playing with untill you get them set up right how u want em, and since you got the fully adjustable ones with all the heim joints i bet they are evebn more of a bitch to set up huh?

yea jackson they are a bitch... Its hard to explain but on the tie rods the ends are screwed all the way in, meaning you dont see any thread, now the tires are still pointed in, when i turn the tie rods the tires just got further in....

As far as the steering stem goes, the bump or stop doesnt appear to be bent, I have another shee that i was able to compare it to, so im leaning more towards my steering stem being messed up..

I still think that the tie-rods are to long.. someone here has to no the length of them with the ends being on.. Mine measured 14 3/4.......

HELP....

shit like this is hard for me to explain by typing, I have an extra stem that Im going to swap tomorrow and see what happens, but when i bought my a-arms I upgraded to to pro heavy duty tie rods and Im almost positive they sent me the wrong ones. I did alot of research here and from what i gathered on +2 a-arms your tie-rods should be between 13- 13 1/2. Mine are 14 3/4.. thats a big difference, thats why It is so toe in.. Im hoping that is the problem.. I called ASR today and they will not be in until monday.....
