theshee
I heard you will loose a little low end and a little torque. Not sure if its true, but i need all the low end i can get in the climbs.
BigRed350x
Plus... with the lightened flywheel you will loose too much when you have to let off the throttle to miss a tree or something, then you lose your rpm's and die off too fast. The heavier flywheel helps hold your engine's momentum up so when you get back on the throttle you're not going to just bog out. (or at least that's what you hope for)
kawiking
i like having my flywheel shaved, but ive also seen acouple come apart. my 300 pound buddy said a shaved flywheels not made for a bigboy. lol...
NitroTate
I had a lightened flywheel and it actually sheered off in a perfect circle all the way around the center shaft. In other words it was like if you were to have taken a cutting torch and cut right around the shaft and pulled it out of the center. Weird... wish I had a pic of it

nayr742003
It actually depends on what kind of hills they are if they are sand i agree with alot of the other guys but if it is dirt like here in pa i can climb alot around here and mostly everything i try and my bike has just a 2+ swing arm and dura blue axel and a bost bottel on it the motor has ben board over 30 over and thats it it all is up to the rider not the bike try some normal sized hills and go from there you know your bike the best so go from there and try it out.
