Jetting help Trinity 2:1 setup

Washburn

Recommended Posts

I just bought a used Trinity 2:1 setup with a 35 PWK carb. The jetting in there is 140 main and a 49 piolet. I will be running the airbox with lid on and Im at 1800 ft above sea level. Can you guys who run this setup give me a good starting point Ide rather run a little rich to start out.

Mods are in sig.

Thanks

I need to organize it better true but I dont think its that confusing everythings there.

I run TR6 Pipes VF3s a Noss Head with 20cc domes 150 comp in each cyl and I just bumped my timing up +4 witch may raise my compresion 5-10 psi

Thanks Shredish I was thinking of running the needel 3rd clip ?

Sig arranged will be updated when my Banshee is put together

UMMMMMMM??? Well I wouldn't just say put the needle in the 4th clip position without knowing what needle it is first. So what needle is in it?

I would think you want to start with at least a dek, optimally you would probably want an eek.

I assumed it was probably a DEK as I've never seen one come with an EEK, most generally have to go buy one. But, he has what he has, so I figured, throw it in the 4th clip, and see how it does. He'll know pretty quick if he needs to adjust or not.

It was definatly on a banshee I bought it from a member here ill PM him and see if he knows but if he doesnt I can always ask my guy and Im sure he has needels of all sorts in stock I guess ill try the eek warm it up put around see if I can tell rite away if not Ill do a few plug chops till Im dead on.

185 main, 48 pilot, Dek or eek needel in middle clip? I never really messed with the needel I just changed my main and piolets a bunch of times all Mikuni carbs so this Keihin 2:1 is new to me.
