baddsheee
Looking for a toy hauler. Would be perfect for the dune season coming up. I think I'm gonna go used. I've looked at various models and I like the FS3000 from weekend warrior. Any suggestions on what to look for on a used unit. What are some problems to look out for? How many hours is too much for a gen? I'm looking at an 05, with fiberglass sides, onan 5500 (400Hours), fuel staion, 2 queen beds, 2 gauchos, bay windows with 3 rocker chairs, 120 fresh water, speakers in/outside, dist. hitch included, that's all I can think of. He is asking $22k. Edited September 28, 2007 by baddsheee
shee4speed
Sounds like a good deal. Dual 6 volt batteries is a must. Check the tires for bulges. Have fun.

FasterThanU90
On a used one open the cabinets by the stove and look at the plumbing/fittings, get under and look at the tanks for leaks cracks and the hoses for dry rotting if it has a fuel station on our 06 they had the wrong gearing for the pump, they had a crew out in Glamis that replaced them for free tho that was nice i like Weekend Warriors we`ve owned

shee4speed
The 6volt batts. have more amps then the 12 volts. So two in series to make 12 volts last 3 times longer.

Jesus rides a shee
Thanks for the offer, gonna pick mine up on Friday. 30 footer Warrior. It post picks this weekend. That sounds really nice!! Congrats  Do you think a 4x4 Titan with tow package would tow that 30 footer well? I want to get a hauler in the future and have the Titan already. Try finding a forum about Titans and see what they're towing. My buddy is towing witha Armada and is struggling with a superlite on steep grades. Try borrowing one of renting to see how it pulls. Just picked mine up and hour ago! Can't post pics cause my camera took a shit.
