nitroburner13
i recently bought an engine that had a trinity stage 4 head on it. when i took the head off there were no o rings on the domes but there are little metal rings on them and there are grooves machined in the top of the cylinders. i was told that i need a special copper head gasket for this head. is this true? i have always run pro design heads that were all o rings so i dont know about this. could anyone help me out? thanks
sredish
not familiar with the trinity gaskets. 877-FASTOYS should get you the answer.
Screaming Yellow Zonker
with mine I had to order the o-rings right from Trinity. It was like $25 for the rings. Oh and they didn't fit from the cylinders to the head. I ended up cutting a small section out and dabbing some rtv where they meet. No problems yet. Good news is they work better for big bore applications. You will more than likely have to call Trinity to get your parts. Probably 50 bucks just in seals. Those heads went over like a turd in a punch bowl because of their complexity. I am never excited to work with them. Brandon
