I think you should think about the complete package... Clutch upgrade, suspension, clutch, tranny work...tires, carbs, exhaust....the list goes on and on... It makes no sense to have him build you a High HP motor and not be able to get it to the ground properly....you'll get beat by lesser motors with better setup. It's more than just porting and carbs....

highroller355
Wait till you get the hot tub conference call...first thing in the morning... ive got that one lmao but i think it was at night that he was in the hot tub, yo blbanshee is my boy but he doesnt know what he wants to do, hes not ready to make his bike into a drag bike and he still wants to go in the dirt once in a blue moon even though we have no where to ride anymore ,but incase the boys go to a trai or mx track in pa he still would want to ride there, pretty much he wants the best of both worlds lmao dont we all,so i told him to make a post and get some ideas. he def not rady to go all out drag. he actually told me today he was thinking of having 2 cylinder set ups one for drag and hte one he has now for dirt and switching out jugs and pistons depending on riding, anyway i put a stop to that insanity
letsgetthisdone
4 mil crank, mild port work, pt hi's or toomey t5 pipes, coolhead, 30mm carbs..that'd be good for 60-65hp...

Jesus rides a shee
Do you have more mods done already like suspension? I have mulled this over a lot. Whenever I get the cash to take the Banshee shopping I think I had better start with the suspension first. Power is glory, but it ain't worth much if hard to apply and control. And as a non functional benefit suspension looks really good too. Hi guys, my 1st post here. I am Mike, & I don't let even Jesus ride my Shee. 06BaNsHeE
How much money do you have to spend?I have a friend that was in the same position as you and wanted a 4mm Cub but he didnt want to save up money so he just spent what he had and got a-rms and carbs. He is way happier.Me on the other hand am just going to do a 4mm or 7mm stock cylinder this year with all the other stuff and next year a 4mm or 7mm DM cylinder. sredish
play/dune port or full drag race port by F.A.S.T. racing, what should i go with? that's a big question only you can really answer. are you a full-time drag racer or do you like to play drags and then play in the trails/dirt some? if you say "no" to being a full-time drag racer, than there is no question, you'll be better off with a dune port. Sure, it sounds cool saying, "I have a full drag race port" but don't let ego get in the way, it's all about having a fun bike that does what you want and suits you best. I'd hate to hear in a month that your trying to figure out why you have no lowend/midrange and how to get more lowend/midrange Above all, as was said, this needs to be discussed with Jeff.
