flattrakker
Hey Guys, Im not as good with carbs as I am with the other functions on my machines. I was wondering how to clean the carb on my 2003 Kawasaki Mojave as it sputters and isnt feeding right. What are the steps? Do I really have to take the jets out? Thanks Edited September 15, 2007 by YamahaPowr95
sredish
best way to clean the carb is to remove it from the bike, pull the bowl off and then the jets. spray some carb cleaner through all the ports, orifices and holes and all. inspect the holes to see if you can see anything in there, dirt, etc. and then blow it dry with an air hose if you have one. also spray the cleaner in the jets and blow them out.
