Shee's Dirty
Bought a frame to strengthen and paint up, does someone sell a gusset kit for a Shee?? If not, where does it need the gussets? Anyone have pics? Thanks in advance, -Steve
FireHead
Do a search on this site on this topic. We have gone over it a few times with varying amounts of fidelity. Liftd4R has a deal for the gusset kits I believe, while other on here have made and installed their own. AN extreme example might be from BigRed350x. :geek:

sredish
Here's what I did with mine. I also trimmed some stuff of which I can't remember totally. heel guard mounts maybe, shoot, been awhile. I know I trimmed off unnecessary stuff. sredish
I am a fan of what Sredish did there. thanks, now can you tell me why I sold that thing........ i was a fan of that project to, but I would've liked to put a smaller gusset in that front area I pointed out. can't do a big one as it can interfere with some pipes but a small pipe gusset would look OEM and be strong. FireHead
thanks, now can you tell me why I sold that thing........ My engineering crystal ball says that you sold it because something else looked newer and cooler.

I rode the Banshee and she rode the Honda. Well, she fell in love with riding, and my Honda so much that it only took 4 weeks after we got back for her to coerce me into selling the Banshee and buying her a 450r with the money. Somehow, she convinced me it was a good idea, but looking back at how much she really gets away to ride, I could've easily kept the Banshee and let her just ride the Honda when we go out and ride. I could still have my favorite Banshee. But, I wanted to embrace her newfound love for riding to keep her involved and I accomplished that, so now begins the search for a new old banshee that I can tear apart and rebuild how I want. I'm thinking an RZ topend stockbore build for a fun strong dune bike. Edited September 13, 2007 by sredish

Some day I hope to have to make that upgrade, but at the moment the Girlfriend_v2.2 software isn't even getting used to its full potential. The Girlfriend_v1.3 software kind of screwed me over just prior to bailing out of SoCal and I think I am still dealing with that a bit. In fact the current revision of software I have is so buggy, it makes me thingk fooling around with a girl that lives in Detroit is a good idea. Go figure that one out. I think lots of guys go through that sort of deal with their bikes even if their significant others don't like to ride that much. Every guy finds some reason to hope that they willl so they rearrange their stuff to support it. At the end of the day, you can always buy more/different toys, but you hopefully would trade them all in for the girl if the situation warranted it.

He answered by saying he would be a cyborg engineer. I thought he was joking, but he wasn't). I am interested in what these new features for v3.0 consist of. Do you have the release notes? I am hoping the bug fixes for not being able to tell a girl didn't want to move from WA to SoCal and ditching you in favor of a floor sweeper at Tacoma Screw shortly after, now exist. This is what happened to me and my crystal ball during that crap:

This is what happened to me and my crystal ball during that crap: 1. the cyborg thing is funny as hell. I prob would have laughed not realizing he was serious. 2. I hope so, that sucks man, if it isnt fixed in the new version, maybe there will be a patch? 3. I bet, thats hell man, i went through a pretty eventful (not the good kind) breakup a couple months ago. That reminds me of the 3 guys with the copier in the field from the movie office space http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AQzIg0CPW5Q
