Handyman
I'd do a top end rebuild..just to be safe.....I'd also clean out the carbs and double check everything just to be safe.....I'd put both of my feet in my buddies ass if he did that to me...is he going to hel with the repair costs?? Lethaface
You may not have to.. If he's a buddy you trust enough to loan your shee to, he may surprise you and pay for the damages..
faeman66
So Do I need to clean the crank case? and if I do waht is the best wa to do it? Thanks
jbooker82
Your going to have to pull the motor and split the cases. All that dirt also is on the crank and in the berings. Hopefully you still have a good crank. Probably not but it is a shot in the dark.

Lethaface
If it sucked enough in to drop the compression 30lbs i would split the cases and clean them real good.. Just seems like something that has the potential to haunt you in the future, if you neglect to do so.. edit:oopps, didn't see that you already got the awnser Edited September 11, 2007 by Lethaface
Justintoxicated
probably need a rubber mallot to wack the cases apart, and a flywheel holding tool & puller, yamabond etc. Might as well put in a new seal kit as well while you are in there. Sinve theya re prone to failure eventualy.
