I am in Ohio and am thinking about trading someone my banshee for his 450r. He has a bill of sale signed by the person he got it from with a copy of his drivers liscence. If he signs the bill of sale over to me am I able to have a title made up for it in order to get stickers to ride at state parks? Anyone know?

thanks

Ben

i'm in clinton county...here, to get a title i need to have my shee's serial number checked at the dmv, or highway patrol (don't remember), once it's cleared as not stolen they (the title office at the dmv) will issue a title. make sure the bill of sale is notarized too.

yeah , i just got an out of state bike and asked the dmv what has to happen to get an ohio tittle. here in logan ohio(not that it should be different)they told me to take the tittle to the tittle office and ask them if the origonal tittle is good for evidence.(bill of sale) then you take to the dmv for them to inspect the b.o.s then they will issue what you need to go back to tittle office to get a tittle. wow.. don
