shanYE west
try a ASV clutch lever. I use one with 6 Toomey springs and my clutch pull isn't bad. If thats still to stiff for ya might wanna try backing down to 3 HD springs and 3 stock springs.

I bought a remanufactured one too. It carries a warranty and comes in a factory sealed package. I'd buy another one in a heartbeat if I needed one. Turbopowr
Don't forget about the clutch cable too. If it hasn't been cleaned and lubed in a while, that will also make the lever pull very stiff. I have a 2006 Banshee, and I already changed out the cable to a Motion Pro Terminator clutch cable and it made a HUGE difference. The pull is now softer than it was even when I rode my Banshee for the very first time brand spanking new.
Rock-46
Yep, another vote here for clutch cable. Cheap and easy to replace and might take care of the problem. A friend of mine had the same problem. His clutch was way hard to pull. We replaced the clutch cable and it made a huge difference. Save the $100+ from the lever and try the cable first. shanYE west
Save the $100+ from the lever and try the cable first. I only paid 35 shipped for the remanufactured Lever. Sorry I was wrong.. It was 25 shipped Edited August 17, 2007 by Fouledout420
fastbanshee8
I got an E-Z pull lever, and perch from FAST Racing, and it was about $30-$35, plus a new clutch cable-$15. I'm running a FAST clutch with all 6 heavy springs, and my clutch pull is easier than when it was stock.
