dajogejr
Total waste of money, they do not add the HP they claim. I've known two people that use 'em....and had issues with them (Cracked skirt on both). Now...if it was only one person, fine...but, two people and the pistons cracked in nearly the same spot. I believe Wiseco used to make the pistons for Vito's, to their specs. I'm not sure if they do anymore... For less money, you can get everything you need for a top end rebuild.... Wiseco ProLites are the way to go....
jbooker82
Get a real port job instead of pistons with part of the piston head cut out.
ojcool
why no no no, whats wrong with em. Well, they claim to improve HP in the mid and top by screwing with the piston skirt design to alter the port timing of the intake. But as stated above the real way to make more power is by doing a port job. I believe that the vito pisoton COULD feasibly improve mid power by increasing the through skirt port timing but it's really a tricky way to change the way the engine breathes. I went round and round about pistons a few months ago on here when I was rebuilding. Just trust in the fact that these guys have done their homework and more than enough trial and error in the banshee department to give you sound advice. Buy the wisecos, make power with real tried and true methods, not Snake Oil. If there was valid power to be had with skirt design everyone (especially wiseco) would be doing it. **edited for spelling errors** Edited August 13, 2007 by ojcool

Less than 45 minutes from their store. All I do is drag race...to be honest. And the drag race crowd is a fickle crowd... These guys shave ounces, try every trick in the book...seen and unseen. If the pistons added anything worthwhile, they'd be run in all the bikes... And quite a few of these guys have hundreds of dyno runs. So even if they see it on a dyno, they're not seeing it on the track...where it counts.
trail rider
one of the best places I know of to buy from is magic racing. you can get a banshee topend rebuild kit that includes a wiseco piston kit (rings pins clips, everything) needle bearings, and a topend gasket kit. all that for $180 shipped to your door
jmd0346
Vitos pistons are Wiseco's. Ive had several sets with no complaints. As far as power thats really impossible to know without a dyno.

Make that 3 people, I had just bought my quad at the time and on the 2nd time out It exploded the skirts off and I had to get back to camp on 1 cylinder. It ended up costing me a new top end and a $400 crank... now its got wisecos and thats all I will ever use. I will never use a Vitos product! locogato11283
i see no reason to buy anything other than wiseco pistons... vitos, pro x, etc...fuck all them. stick with wiseco. its proven.

excalibur
Hey, im srry, i ment the vitos superstock, how about them? Super stock pistons are good pistons. Start with a fresh bore and you wont have any trouble. I have tested them at my shop and they do work.
