Philippos
Can you plz tell me what is the TORS Systen (use/advantages/dissadvanteges)
klotz_racr
it the throttle override system, all that bullshit on top of the carbs, you dont need it, get rid of it, and order the remoal kit. I think it was designed to kill the engine if it gets stuck when its wide open. But use the search engine on here, youll find some pics of how to remove it and detailed descriptions. I disagree that is is a crap setup. It works exactly as intended. If you are running a mostly stock bike, there is not reason to remove them unless for cosmetic reasons. They can save your ass and banshee carbs are notorious for sticking open. Most people that have "problems" with them most likely have cable or tuning issues that are remedied with the TORS eliminator kit. We generally remove them but there is no good mechanical reason to. brandon

RagunCajun
kltoz hit he nail on the head. Remove it. A couple companys make a kit to do it. It's very simple to do. The motion pro kit's instructions blow ass though but it works great. If it malfunctions it will prevent the bike from reving like it should.
