You missed it Shane, my side cover came apart after you left...had to put another one on at 6:30AM yesterday....on the trailer. Always fun. For me, as well as most of the guys we now hit the track with, most of them are either close to me (Metro-Detroit) or are west siders, brighton, Lansing...and one of us is 10 minutes from Bob's...hint hint. For me it just simply boils down to I have FUN at Bob's. It might be because I've been there a gazillion times last year and this one, but...I just keep meeting more and more people every time I go... If it's not hamming it up with Redlight Racing, it's sitting back and BSing after the races are done... Plus...traffic to Albright is gonna be bad for a while, 75 is tore all to holy hell...especially back. It was down to 1 lane on a Friday afternoon...and they're doing a strip and re-asphalt... My cameragirl is coming with me the 25th....should be another good time. I just hope we have another good turnout despite being the weekend before the holiday, I'd think if anything...that's a last chance tuneup for Labor Day!!! It seems like I know more people there and I have more fun. When ever I go to albirght I just get pissed off. Thats why I quite racing there along time ago. I'll just run there for test'n'tune.. I was VERY impressed with Bob's track and I'll probably do most of my racing there. Dan, if you want to team up with me for the ride down to Bob's and split the fuel, I'd be more then happy to give ya a lift. Dave how far are you from the Lapeer area? Just really sucked that I could'nt stay for the whole show......but work pays the bills!!!!! I definetly missed red light, Tommy and Pops!!!!! Just aint the same!!! Still had a great time. Thinking about renting the track on the 18th. What do y'all think???????????? It would be nice to get a little tuning time in.
