jessesdavis
i know this isn't a banshee but i tried Blasterhq.com but it was sayin it was forbidden. my blaster started fine and ran good all day. my dad took off the air filter cause it was completely gone. well i rode it all day ,even went a little muddin, with the air filter off. at the end of the day the damn thing wouldnt start. i took of the carberator and took it apart and cleaned the whole thing with carb cleaner and even cleaned the jet. i took off the air intake and cleaned all that. i go to kick start it and it won't do anything. if anyone has any idea what it might be please let me know. thanks, jd
shee4speed
Dude, theres definately a problem with riding without your airfilter.Try cleaning the carb again and don't forget the pilot jet.
fastbanshee8
Riding an ATV without a filter, is a good way, to ruin a motor. You will be really lucky, if your top end isn't destroyed. I hate to say this, but what you did, was plain stupid. If everything is clean, carb wise, and it still won't start, do a compression check. If it's 100 lbs. or below, then rebuild the top end. Low compression will make them very hard, if not impossible to start.

96_banshee_96
Use a compression tester. Hold the throttle in and kick it untill the needle stops.

Well, that's one reason to check your Blaster over, before riding it, and after riding it. Make sure everything is where it's supposed to be, and working.
