I think you are pretty much stuck with making your own. Unless you find one on eBay, I don't think any one is making them to sell.

 

It seems to me that Loco or someone else posted a tutorial on here regarding how to make one awhile back.

get a clymers and start cutting. its pretty easy to do. most of the black wires are TORS junk so it all go can first. then from there start clipping headlight shit and other junk. i think my whole harness is 4 wires..

 

started with this.

then ended up with this. even put a plug on thats connected to my kill switch. i dont have a on off button or anything. just the kill switch to kill the bike.

stock harness next to mine.

remounted on my bike.

Read thru this thread.. If you buy a CDI Relocating Bracket for $30, they will clean your harness up for free.

Are you using a factory CDI...or a Dyna?

I got my frame cut/lightened, but...you can't run a Dyna and the coil near each other (interference..)

So...I just zip tied my Dyna under the seat, where the stock toolbox would go...

One day I'll cut my harness all the way down, for now, I removed the TORS crap and the lights, sealed and taped it all...

its not hard. once you get down to 7 or 8 wires left just hook the harness up to your banshee. then start cutting shit. if it doesnt start then you know you needed that wire. :biggrin:

i got one of those plate from RB... im going to see if the interferance actually messes with it or not... im hoping its good casue i dont want to mess with it once i get everything back together..
