woodwardspecialties
i am pretty sure it is the pro design plate.. it was just bead blasted... thats why it is not shinny any more... it has the rough texture to it form being blasted. White06Shee
Well If It Is A Prodesign Timming Plate Than $50 Bucks Is Cheap, Compareid To What They Are Brand new, Someone Buy This Thing
gipperz
Looks cast aluminum to me, bead blasted or not, its not worth fifty. Now....if it was billet aluminum then fifty would be a steal.
jbooker82
Here is a pic right off Prodesign's web page. It is engraved just like the the numbers -10 to +
woodwardspecialties
just curious... but if both are identical, one cast and one billet... but they both do exactly the same thing... and look near identicall... why is one worth way more??? cause its shiny? gipperz
just curious... but if both are identical, one cast and one billet... but they both do exactly the same thing... and look near identicall... why is one worth way more??? cause its shiny? Cast is just that,it is a sand mold then molten aluminum is poured in and let to cool. They pull it out of the mold and do very little clean up on it, its cheap, low cost method. Billet is machined out of a solid piece of aluminum and takes quite some time to complete, lots of work, better looking product, stronger and much better quality of aluminum. I tried to explain it the easiest way that I can. gipperz
