Good place to order tires

Recommended Posts

Do NOT, I repeat do not buy thornbird, Most worthless mud tires known to man. Boggers are great for offroad but really suck on pavement, Very loud and rough. TSL's are a nice tire, but they wear quickly and are noisy. On my jeep I went with the Interco Trxss MT's. They wear great work awesome in the mud and sand, And look pretty nasty too.

yea thornbird dont look like good tires because they have no tread separation. I was most likely going to go with tsl. boggers would be great,. but I have to drive 1.5 hours to get to the mud. Plus Ill be drivin it to work. Ill take a look at the Trxss you mentioned to . where do you get them from? :thanks:

You can get them at http://www.trailquest.com Might be some better prices if you check around. But for the most part, Boggers are the most expensive and Truxus Are the Least expensive, And if you factor in you will get 15k out of boggers and tsl's if you baby them, It adds up quick :)

sweet thanx! Im going to get either the standard tsl or those Trxus in 33/12.5/15.

I wanted nitto mud grapplers but didn't have the funds. Check into Pro Comp. The m/t are 214.00 each.

buy 3 get 1 free.

I scrapped up a couple more dollars and just recently went with this.

33x12.50x15 Pro Comp xterain http://www.4wheelonline.com/Products.aspx?...ProductId=71724 ...ordered these thru local offroad shop and didn't have to pay for shipping. 240.00 each buy 3 get one free and the local shop mounted/balanced 'em for $15 a wheel

15 x 8 with 4" backspacing cragar steel rims ($37.00 each from quadratec http://www.quadratec.com/products/product_...c=136&pg=1)

tried 'em out. they are quiet on the road and bit and self cleaned great in the mud.

check around a bit because once you buy 'em, you'll have 'em for a while. Goodluck!

My buddy has tsl radials on his 94 full size blazer and that thing goes through anything in 2 wheel drive....they love the mud and just grab hard. If you're going to be driving it on the road, I'd definitely go with the radial version

They arent that noisy on the road either
