woodro77 Posted March 28, 2007 Report Share Posted March 28, 2007 make sure its not the motor thats locked up , put in a high gear lik 3rd or 4th and push it a little to make sure , but its probably the kicker gear assembly or something stuck in the idle gear , pull the clutch cover and check it out . dangerous_banshee Posted March 28, 2007 Report Share Posted March 28, 2007 (edited) hey man the same thing happened to me i just bought this yamaha banshee 2001 not even 3 hours a go and i got it home took it for a ride and it was running fine the i took it down the dirt road and i was flying and then the back tiers locked up and then it shut off then i tried to kick it over and it would not kick over does anyone know what i could do to get it running again or fix it?
