Meat
check out these a-arms. first of all they're not made for the banshee, they're 250r A-arms. They're mine, iv had em for about 2 years. The brand name is ARS/FX and they're +1 and use a longer shock. Bill Ballance is the biggest name riding on ARS/fx suspension. They use a 17-1\4 inch shock. Stock shock length is 16. I bought these A-arms from Matt Smiley, he ran ARS/FX on his 250r the last season that 250r's were allowed in the Pro class. Im working on a new 250r project and these a-arms are a part of it. I had them powdercoated translucent red about 2 years ago. Im in the process of stripping them down, sandblasting and powdercoating the arms. Iv been workin on these four A-arms for a few days, just a little work each day. So far I have all four A-arms stripped of the red powdercoat, and I have one A-arm competley finished. I took a pile of pictures and I think you guys might enjoy em. You can really apprecate the quality and the complex design in these A-arms. The TIG welds are perfect everywhere. Anyways... on with the pictures !! This is the translucent red....

kaotik1
Let me know how you like the wrinkle black, I have it on my bumper and grab bar, but have not had a chance to get it dirty and clean it. I wonder how easy the clean up will be with dirt on it.

Meat
no i dont know matt smiley. i got the arms from a freind of a freind kinda deal, they were smileys and i had a freind who was selling them. They were never used and came bare metal. Smiley ran arsfx a-arms his last year on a 250r. So did bill ballance that year. That was the 2003 season. The 2004 gncc season everyone was racing 450s. So I got em. Chris borich used ars\fx suspension in the 05 and 06 seasons and he finished 2nd both years behind ballance. Traci Cecco is winning every gncc this year, shes racing with ars\fx this year. The arms were designed with the help of custom axis. Not sure of the whole story but Mike hallock from custom axis was somehow involved with arsfx arms. I put these a-arms on and ran em for a full summer of riding. I was using the wrong length front shock(long story) so I took em off before I broke something(neck). I have a set of gullwing Roll Design arms on right now. Its a cool lookin A-arm also. I have a matching ars\fx swingarm to match the A-arms. The swingarm is a no-link design. I have a matched Custom Axis no link rear shock for it. RPM taper carrier and Dominator Axle. Its gonna be fun to ride. ya'll wanna see the swingarm ? I got a new digi camera to play with, id be happy to take pictures  And ya the frame is black too. flat black
