Swingarm Mount Questions (Aluminum Spacer)

OK Guys, I'm heading out to the garage (Yes, it's 5:45am) to start the Banshee assembly. It's been awhile since I removed the -2" swinger from the Shee. Today, it gets a +2". There was an aluminum spacer between the swinger and frame on the old arm. I'm assuming all Banshee's have this? It goes on the chain side or brake side? Thanks guys..........
