cgamla
My front sprocket nut seems to really difficult to get off. I just want to make sure I'm twisting it the right way before I get rough with it. Is this thing Left or right hand threads. Hate to make that mistake you know. Standard....left loosy, righty tighty.... Hit it with an impact gun, it'll come right off. You did bend back the flanged washer to keep it from spinning off, right?? cgamla
Hit it with my 1/2 inch Snap-On impact gun pretty damn hard. I don't ever remember having this problem before. Yeah the little tabbies are bent back and out of the way. As long as I know lefty loosey. i'll get it one way or another. Just really tight on there is all I guess. locogato11283
i see no reason to put it back on with an impact thats for sure. tighten it down some and then bend those tabs back over.. you dont want it so fuckin tight you cant get it off without and impact, unless you got one strapped to the back of your bike all the time.
