Skat Trak?

I bought a pair of Skat Trak haulers from a member on here and sent one of the tires to Skat Trak to get repaired. It only needed one paddle to be replaced, and it has been there since Nov. 14. Has anyone else had to wait this long for a repair from them?

I called before I shipped it and they told me it would take 2 weeks?!? It has now been 3 months!?! :verymad:

1st i would call skat track and see what is up, but remember they are always backed up on paddles/parts. it takes like 4 months just to get an order from them

When i ordered my paddles I got them the next day.....I didn't have to wait 4 months.

I'd give them a call. They are usually pretty quick about getting through repairs. It is their production of certain sizes and configurations or tires that can be a bit slow sometimes. :thumbsup:

That is the problem...I have called them once a month and Larry keeps saying that they are getting to it. I called about 3 weeks ago and he said that they are working on it now and it should go out real soon.

I don't think that it is worth having a tire fixed through them if it is normal to take this long! ::

I have never had anything fixed by them. All of my tire failures have generally resulted in something that was not worth repairing. :thumbsup:
