And All Gaskets And Bearing, Everything I Need Pretty Much, And It Will Be Done The Day I Get Back(Next Friday) So is $1700 A Good Price Or What

 

I Already Have Cool Head 19cc DOmes, Vforce 3's, cpi Inframes, 34pj's linebored to 35.50mm, K&N Also, and They Said I Should Be At A Lil over 60hp

I think its a little on the high side

I'd say no. It sounds kind of high to me but, if you can't put it back together and tune it youself then all prices will be that high.
