You can pay 10 bucks and become a preferred customer at amsoil (good for 6 months). You get 15-20% off all products and they ship it right to your door.

Amsoil is good stuff for sure... I use the hydraulic brake fluid in my KFX and really like it. Its the only place I can find synthetic oil for a sealed rear brake system. I use all amsoil and royal purple products on everything.

I use Type F automatic trans. fluid. It's cheap and works very well with wet clutches. I used to use regular 10w30 up until a few years ago. I never really had any trouble with either oils, but I did notice that the ATF tends to last longer. I personally think that ATF leads the inside of your motor cleaner as well.

I use BelRay Gearsaver oil in my Harley, so really if you based your decision on what I use, anything other than water will work. :shoothead:

It probably does. ATF is a high detergant oil. I have dumped a quart of it in my engine oil on my pickup and ran it 300-500 miles then changed the oil. It is supose to clean out your engine. Dont know if it actually works or not. We use to use it at the salvage yard that I worked at to free stuck rings on older car and pickup engines too.
