Its the only place I can find synthetic oil for a sealed rear brake system. I use all amsoil and royal purple products on everything. Alot of people seem to think that it is a real heavy oil, but when you shake the jug it feels like automatic transmission fluid. It seems to do the best shifting. FireHead Posted February 12, 2007 Report Share Posted February 12, 2007 I use Type F automatic trans. fluid. It's cheap and works very well with wet clutches. I used to use regular 10w30 up until a few years ago. I never really had any trouble with either oils, but I did notice that the ATF tends to last longer. I personally think that ATF leads the inside of your motor cleaner as well. I use BelRay Gearsaver oil in my Harley, so really if you based your decision on what I use, anything other than water will work. :shoothead: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have dumped a quart of it in my engine oil on my pickup and ran it 300-500 miles then changed the oil. It is supose to clean out your engine. Dont know if it actually works or not.
