MILODUKE
hey thanks for the tip. also anyone know if that stock kill switch could do this? i opened the top of the throttle case on the thumb throttle and there is a little button that the throttle hits all the time when you let go of the throttle and there are like burn marks from like a spark jumping there. could this cut the engine out when it hits this little switch???? i will try it tomorrow, i took the switch out and will see if it runs without that there. if anyone knows if this is like a kill switch please let me know then i think i know why it dont run. thanks
walk72
Sounds like you still have to TORS on your carbs, and do you have idle screws installed in your cabs, sounds like you don't, if not rip the tors off and then play with your jetting. firefighterjosh
If you still have the tors system go ahead and remove it and replace it with a motion pro or some ecevlent (sp?). Then clean your carbs while you at it and it should be all good. Also check the pilot for it could have loosened up

woodro77
yes i am going to disconnets all them wires, i think that is what is not letting it idle. i just need to disconnect all the wires right? my banshee wouldnt idle when i first got it , in the front of the bike next to the ignition coil is a little square black box , unplug that piece of shit , when i did that my bike idled perfect , unplug the plugs going to the carbs too and you should be good,
