01bansheefox
2001 CR 125 ALL stock except Pro Circuit Pipes it has a 360 main jet and its running WAY rich... I went to the pro circuit web site and it said to run a 430 main. Isnt that going bigger?? I need to lean this bike out, it fouls plug every 30min. SORRY THIS IS NO BANSHEE
bansheeseat$$
Yeah a 430 is richer.I would say a 320 main for it.Do plug chops on it as well. How does it run on the pilot and the needle?
01bansheefox
I do not know about the pilot and needle, im not that adv this is actually my first time doing my own jetting, I just took out the bottom of the carb and I see the main jet which reads 360, do I need to pull apart more of the carb to get to the needle & pilot? moneybags
I had a 2002 Cr125 and it had the PC pipes had V-force and more. It had a 190 main jet in it and it was running rich at sea leval. I know that dose not help you but I can tell you this. If your fouling your plugs out every 30 minets you need to move down on your jets, not UP

The pilot is resesed in a hole next to the main jet and the needle is in the slide.Remove the throtle cable stay and cable and the needle will slide out. SORRY THIS IS NO BANSHEE Just because its fouling plugs, it doesn't mean the main jet is the culprit.. a rich pilot or needle will foul plugs as well...most companies are too lean not too rich. Something isn't making any sense. Make sure you have the right recommendations for the carb you have. Like bansheeseat said. Check if you have a Mikuni or Keihin carb and go from there.
