Just my opinion but I would stick with a keihin carb. Keihin carbs are a proven carb that you don't have to worry about. The thing about your motor is with the port job you have and your set up when you go to a larger carb the theory is the way it was explained to me with the larger carb you will lose the velocity of the air going in which will then affect your bottom end pull. If you were all out drag racing where you are leaving the line with the bike pinned wide open then the larger carbs would be the choice. This is just my .02.
