NY350twin
I have the same problem with the AC front bumper it only mounts up with three bolts can't get all four in no matter what way i try it. I was gona get the rear grab bar , mounting points not lining up on the grab bar too.....fck that noise Its a shame because they make good looking products but they don't mount up, i guess you can't have both of best worlds. It looked and performed really nice.

humbleslc
my front bumper fit horrible i ended up driling the mounting holes bigger and more of a oval shape and got it to fit then i ended up hitting somehtign and bending the thing the same day. But it still looks better than the stock one.
Devans
I had to ream out the holes on my bumper i just got... Nothing new to me, everything i had from ac that was on my blaster fit like shit too... I like the product though, once it fits, shouldnt have to be like that though. firefighterjosh
I bought a AC, Nerfs, Grab barm Bumper from GWC and all fit great. I only had one problem with the nerfs. The right rear bolt hole for the rear didn't want to line up. But I just jacked it up with a jack and put the bolt in and all was good
csrmel
maybe you guys with poor fitting bumpers and nerfs have slightly tweeked frames. all of the a/c stuff ive ever used fit good, but then again all my quads were bought new and never wrecked or absed so i know for sure the frames are straight. marty40
I bought an AC bumper for my blaster a while back and it was a pain in the ass to fit. Got an AC grab bar on the back of my banshee an it fits ok tho?? Damn thing is strong too cause when i fliped her the subframe bent and there were only cracks in the welding of the grab bar!!
