The Fatty's will work great on a stock engine, and will perform even better with porting. It's up to you to decide which pipes you want, but I used to run Fatty's, before I got CPI's, and I really liked the Fatty's.

Animalman294
I run the T-5's and I really like them over the T-6's and the FMF's for your level of mods.............
theshee
By what everybody has told me. T-5s for a stock motor, CPI or shearers for a cub.
Animalman294
By what everybody has told me. T-5s for a stock motor, CPI or shearers for a cub. The T-5's can be ran on more than a stock motor, in fact they run really well with a good port job and pods. I also agree that the cub would be best suited with the CPI's or Shearer's, but at this time I can't afford new pipes and there are some on here that ran their cubs with T-5's until they got better pipes and were fine with the results. Mind you they are not my first choice either, but money matters at this particular time. Jeff also told me that this motor would do fine on the T-5's for now, but once I wanted more power or wanted the motor to be at its full potential then step up to the Shearer's or CPI's. Besides, the bottom line was he doesn't have a cubby, he stated that he had a stock engine and wanted pipes for that platform, so I gave him my opinion on the T-5's since I have been running them on a basically stock motor for three years. I also just got the cub back which is still sitting on my garage floor until I can find the time to put it back in the frame................ :yelrotflmao:

Washburn
If your looking into a Toomey pipe with your setup (you say its ported) you should definatly go with the T-5s. TR6s are not meant for ported engines. FMF Fattys are also a very good pipe. Great power espicaly over stock. So if the Toomeys are too expensive with the shipping and whatnot. Im not sure what that would cost. The FMFs would be the way to go.

BansheeRider71
Though I dont have a Banshee YET, Alot of my friends do and they either run T-5's or FMF fattys they are very close in performance but, the T-5's seem to pull harder on the top end and when you first really get into the powerband the T-5's seem to hit harder, but my friend who has FMF's says he loves them and wouldnt trade them for anything, its all about preference, and STAY AWAY from the 2-into-1 pipe!!!!! I say this because ya they hit hard off the bottom and pull through the midrange but there is no top-end, they sound bad ass though, but they are good woods pipes and moto-x pipes. The top end on the 2 into 1 pipe drops off about 800 rpm lowert than a cpi. The dynoport makes it a lot easier to ride and navigate the tight stuff, then it opens right up out in the open. Everyone we ride with that has pro circuits wishes they had got one once I put it on. My buddy with the ptr low-mids on his 4mill has one and he is thinking about trying it out to see how it is. Drag Race against ported 350 and 4 mill stroker Only me and the guy with the 4 mill drove out of this hole. Steep Hole
