grpark20 Posted January 5, 2007 Author Report Posted January 5, 2007 I'm not with my shee right now and was hoping someone could tell me the size of the warning labels on the rear fenders? Thanks in advance!! I know I'm an idiot for posting in wrong forum. But was considering getting the team hard atv stickers on EBAY, just need to know the size of warning labels so it doesn't look too retarded when I cover them! Quote
ClimbAnyHill Posted January 5, 2007 Report Posted January 5, 2007 Just remove the labels so the your grafix look smoother and not layered! Quote
grpark20 Posted January 6, 2007 Author Report Posted January 6, 2007 Just remove the labels so the your grafix look smoother and not layered! Aren't the labels indented in to the plastic and riveted? If not, then I can put any sticker over them and remove them and drill out the rivets. If they are indented in the plastice then I need the same size sticker or you'll be able to see the outline of the indent. Either way, I'd like to know the size of the warning labels if anyone has measured them. Thanks!! Quote
ClimbAnyHill Posted January 6, 2007 Report Posted January 6, 2007 I know i didn't answer your question. Removing them was just a suggestion. I drilled thru the rivets & took them off. There's only an indention on front, rear doesn't but can hardly tell once remored. Here's some old pix when I removed from my white plastic. Quote

Guess there are no indents for the rears. Only rivets. Thanks for the pics!! Quote

scooter Posted January 6, 2007 Report Posted January 6, 2007 i didnt like the holes thought it looked weird. i have black plastic maybe its looks different on another color Quote
ClimbAnyHill Posted January 6, 2007 Report Posted January 6, 2007 I guess you can't really like holes in your plastic if you just focus on that. Can't tell at all while the Shee is out with dirt or sand all over her, those little holes mean nothing. Labels are very noticeable. I got all black now & looks smooth! Quote
scooter Posted January 6, 2007 Report Posted January 6, 2007 i guess the holes either bother you or they dont one thing for sure the lables suck.i just mentioned the rivets as a option if you dont like the holes Quote
MILO Posted January 6, 2007 Report Posted January 6, 2007 yeah bud, just drill out the rivets and remove them completely. for the fronts, i pulled off the labels and the extra plastic backing, but my fenders were pretty scratched up underneath from the edges of the backing and it looked worse. i riveted the backing on again and filled it with stickers instead of the labels. here's some pic's.
