Geoff
heres another ? for you. how many of you guys are running 20's. 20's with a ten inch rim?? i didnt like them on my shee , thats why i went with a 22- 8 inch rim. I had 20-10-10 10pdl extremes when I bought my shee and it would just blow the tires off it. I really like doing tree shots and it would constantly jump the chain with that short of a tire on it. I went with the 22's cuz I wanted more ground clearance, better hook up, and I prefer the way they look.

Snopczynski
I would get at least 10 paddle super lights on 8" rims.
kawiking
so do you think i should have gone 10 paddle over the 9?? i just didnt want to over paddle it of the line(drag).im running a strut to keep the tires hooked. i figured a 9 paddle triple buff would be alittle better than a 10 paddle reg hauler. plus i couldnt find any 22' 10 paddles .they are all back ordered. I run a 10 paddle on a stock motor with pipes ans bolt ons. Everyone else with 4 mills runs 12 paddles, and the one ported 350 runs 11 paddles. All these tires are super lights. kawiking
i will say im running on river sand and also a dirt/sand track. i went to little sahara oklahoma last oct and the sand was alot lighter than the sand we run on. well wish me luck i hate to buy another set !!!! lol-lol
Geoff
In oregon/Wa we have really fine sand and it seems really hard to over paddle anything once it's modded. I run 22-11-8 9 pdl ext and alot of times I wish I had more. It's hard to guess on your gearing, 1 in front is equal to about 3 in back if I remember right. Some guys out here on there 4mil cubs are running 15/42 or 16/42..there around 100hp give or take. I would've gone with the 10pdl, the UL are just lighter and you'll get more wheel speed because of that. If you got them now who cares just re-gear it and do your best. good luck
Handyman
Hey kawiking....I have 22-11-10 8paddle extremes on my 421 powervavle and have no problem spinning out of the hole in first and hooks extremely well. I'm in Fallon, Nv. Home of Sand mountain and just got the jetting dialed in and I have raced a couple full drag bikes and have won with my current set up. Had one guy get all pissed because his blinged out bike was loosing against a "sleeper" as he called it...thought I was running NOS. With that said I think either 8 or 10 would be good a good choice and it's all personal preference. For those of you who are close to Fallon, NV. I'll be here until the 31st so come up and let's ride. Bansheeseat$$ is trying to come this coming Saturday and I hope Fast500#12 will have his bike together so we can all ride.
