twojztt
What has been done to the bike since last time it worked fine? stage 5 port work 34mm carbs intake manifolds 19 cc domes the base gasket is a .20 vitos gasket which would cause the slightly lower compression in both cylinders? locogato11283
sounds like your jetting is off. if you got the carbs "prejetted" thats your problem. you cant rely on that to work. every engine will have slightly different jetting, even if they are setup identically.. you need to see what jets are in those carbs.. Machwon
150 psi would not be uncommon with that set up. You should be running race fuel though. Here where I run 34 pj's on a similar set up. 155 mains CGM middle notch, C series needles will be the better choices. 55 pilots 60 slides. Karzy5150
I would have to agree with everyone else its probably your jetting what do your plugs look like?

Bansh-eman
if you want more compression then yea you need smaller domes... but with your mods 150 isnt bad... why exactly do you want more compression? the gains are minimal versue the money you spend on the gas... right now you can run 50/50 and be perfect and you wont see really any gains by going to stright race gas.. Bansh-eman
if the bike does not pop or bog top end arent the main jets correct? not necissarly, only way to check your jetting is pulling your plugs and reading them... 2 strokes arnt like 4 strokes you cant do your jetting by popping or backfireing...
