banshee332
The $500.00 cylinders are not the Passion cylinders. Those are the other one's mentioned in this thread. The reason I was looking into these, is because I don't want the down time. I just want to buy some good ported cylinders and bolt them on. I've already got a Cub motor, I'm just trying to slowly build another motor, just not all out with a Cub just yet. Also interested in a complete motor set up. I know but I posted you a link of of ebay that has the passion cylinders. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...p;rd=1&rd=1 Edited December 20, 2006 by banshee332

Yeah....I checked into those already. The seller said you could not run a stock stroke crank with them. Not sure I want to go +4mm right now. Washburn
I dont need anything that crazy anyway. Not now. Ill be going with the 4 mil soon enough but I have no need for drag ports. I would have bidded if the price was rite so I could give someone a good deal. Im looking for more of a dune 4mil setup for when I get my woods 4mil so I can then put new jugs on and go to silver lake. If anyone finds these at a good price let me know. I don't think I could buy some used ported jugs off some schmo on ebay and feel all warm and fuzzy about it. Dude has 13 transactions, need bored, not shit for details...... I would like more pics of the ports so I can show my mechanic them and see if he thinks Im getting a good deal. There is 8 days left on that too and Im sure amature bidders will come in on that and raise the price. If it doesnt go anywhere Ill pick em up for a buck 50 and get Cody to bore and chamfer them for 30 a hole and re correct the ports if necassary(sp). I do want some dune jugs though for like 200 bucks. 2x a year at the dunes a +2 swingarm. Thats more money than I want to spend rite there but I have a Banshee.

J-Madd
Well I already "bought" some cylinders. I actually bought them for a friend thats gonna make payments to me, LOL. I was also looking for some cylinders for my '99, but I've decided to go all out and put my stock stroke Cub motor on the '99 and build a 421 Cub for my 2006 out of the stock '99 motor. I've got the parts ordered from Jeff @F.A.S.T. The '99 has a stock swingarm for right now, but It's got a wheelie bar. We just put the Cub motor on it last night. Capone
Worth 1300 bucks + for a set of 12 port cylinders, pistons and a spacer plate???This guy should lay off the booze before he lists on ebay... :shoothead: Thats funny. 'Cause I listed those, and I was sober, and I certanly certainly did not say they were worth that. I said thats what the setup costs new, WITH crank. Maybe someone should lay off booze before they read ebay auctions. I sold the cylinders for $420 and I'm kicking my own ass for doing so.
