Shee-Male
The rings are aluminum (Douglas beadlocks)I'm having the same problem locally of no one doing little runs, or they charge a min of 300$ or something stupid. I've seen kits and do it yourself set ups on the net but it requires space I don't have.....
dawarriorman
search google for paintball annodizing places. A plus annodizing is one that I can think of off the top of my head. Any company that does paintball guns and equipment would more than likely do whatever you want.

chevy7398
here is a example of anodized red powdercoating, this is the example pic from the company i buy my powder from, if anyone is interested i can get about any color, and even textured and high temp powders. will gladly do anything even if its just one part, i do this on the side, the way i usually charge people is they pay for the powder and then a agreed upon price depending on how much and how big and how much prep work is needed meaing is it clean and blasted ext. as long as it fits in my oven i can do anything that can stad 400 degrees for 20 min., i curently have gloss black, anodized red, crome, clear, flat black, and i think a litle anodized blue. but it only takes a few days once i order to have it to the door
djackbanshee
Anodizing is easy, All you need is a Mix 50 50 Electrolyte Acid and Pure Water bath , Aluminium wire and a Power converter "Battery Charger" to anodize the parts , then you dipp them in clothes dye to make the colour. Just make a research on google, it's an easy set up to make.

jbooker82
I just did a search for Paint Ball Anodizing at yahoo. The first company that came up offered the Dust finish or a Polished fininsh. I would imagine the polished would be the deep blue your looking for.
