Bansh-eman Posted December 7, 2006 Report Share Posted December 7, 2006 any one had them ? they seem to have a good selection and reasonable prices.anyone know about there customer service and the quality of there parts? thanks fuck alba... i have spent a TON of money with them and they have the worst customer service imaginable! i went in to buy my wifes yfz 450 and had been shopping around... after about 5 min we enedup leaving becasue the salesman was a fukin cocksucker! only reason i go to them is becasue i need a part that no one else has... other then that fuk alba! oh i forgot about when i called to ask the "Race Pro" as they call them about differant porting... well the guy finally gave me his bullshit about how theres not differant types of porting and anyone that saying there is dosent knwo how to port yadda yadda .... then when i asked him a few more questions about the motor he couldnt answer me he kept putting me on hold to ask someone... Their service on the other hand wasn't gtreat but they did return my calls in a very timly fashion. I need another arm, and I think I would buy the same one from them. Nerfs, spark arrestor kit, and air box adaptor. I ordered on the phone once and through the internet twice. Shipping was fast and I got exactly what I ordered. LOL! When I went to alba the first time that's what I thought I was getting (I live nearby like Bansh-eman).. Thought I wouldn't mind paying a few bucks more for the support of actually being able to talk to someone who knew their shit... No F*ing way do those idiots know what they are talking about it when it comes to banshees.. I too only go there when they have something that I can't get anywhere else locally.. Otherwise, do your research here and order cheap online.. Or talk to one of the many other great guys around the country (TDR, Cascade, FAST) ..
