hubco Posted November 20, 2006 Report Share Posted November 20, 2006 I have never heard of doing a plug chop till on this site, I understand the procedure but I was wondering if you left the plugs in and ran them doesnt that ring grow and eventually cover the whole electrode turning it chocolate brown? What is the WOT time needed to get the ring, and does it matter if you get into all the gears or just pull a long hill in 4rth WOT? If a guy was just going to read the plugs and not chop them what do you look at. Question 2 On the coil there is two wires, I read some where that you should have the orange one on the pos side/black neg, does this matter, mine are opposite and it runs fine?
