dajogejr
Anybody have there pipes wrapped with exhaust wrap? Does it improve hp? Won't improve HP worth noticing.... Might look better than black pipes...if you don't have Chrome T6's...but, because of the expansion of the pipes, prolly be hard to wrap too... jbooker82
It doesnt make any more power. Just keep the heat in the exhaust pipe instead of radiating out in to your legs.
Barracudabrendon
If it was a 4-stroke I probably would say ok but if it's a 2-stroke>>>>Just my opinion but it would probably rob you a little HP much like ceramic coat does. Two strokes like you to get rid of the heat in most cases. Again this is just my personal opinion and findings.
Mullet Man
header wrap voids warranty's for a reason! your pipes will rot from underneath the wrap, because it works so good.

See, another thing we agree on  I have heard of many guys (buddy works at a auto perf shop)using the stuff and over time it cooks the pipe inside out. I used it up by where the pipes go inside the frame to help protect my air filters from melting but I dont think there is enough heat there to "cook" the pipe..
