your pipes will eventually rot using header wrap!

check any wrap maker/seller, it voids header manufacturers warranties.

OK, just to get this straight. I just got a reply from DEI and all he said is that they only see problems when the wrap is layed over more than a 1/4". Is this maybe why people are saying they will rot or does somebody have undeniable proof or logic that they will rot, even with a 1/4" overlay?

go for it then.

i personally wouldnt use the stuff after seeing what i have seen.

ask them if they are going to buy you new pipes if they do rot.

ask them if their product voids warranties.

heres another idea, (there is cheaper versions also)

radio not included

if riding with a passenger is that important, this is the best route anyway

I pretty much can't believe this thread is still going.

The wrap will not make a noticeable difference in noise output, period. It will make it so you don't burn your leg as easily....that's about it.

You're going to waste pipes by wrapping them to talk to a passenger on your single passenger quad?

that's about as pointless as it gets.... Put stock pipes back on....
