bansheefreak
sure the cyls run good... i was just curious why jeff says they run 3.9's with a tubby like me riding it but over at ps airforceone says it ran 4.0 with a tubby like me and 3.9s with a lightweight jockey... so not doubting this motor runs good hell i be happy with 4.0 .. thats why i was curious bout the price.. but 1100 for used cyls i pretty sure i can just go with a cub for that... i really dont need a drag motor anyways .. i need a hott tt/duner port and i have talked to jeff about it too.. so jeff you can draw me a pic????? lol
Malott 1
really??? i woulda thought they sold by now... on fasthq.com if it came off his 350 it ran 3.90's with 150-180 pound rider and with his big butt on it it ran 4.o's. jeff can you explain im confused here.. you say one thing somebody else says diff... just curious i am...but also curious how much they are..????...too!!!! Definition of superlight jockey. 90 pound kid. Im not Jeff but I thought I would help you out. 1100 for proven top end isn't bad. If you figure a cub topend is going to cost you more than that with the pistons and porting. But I guarantee you will never worry about nickasil peel with these stock cylinders. NO i didnt . I said and quote: These 350cc cyls have run 3.9s in a 100yds on sand without a superlight jockey!! They truly are F.A.S.T. !!! end quote: In other words not a 80lb superlight wieght jockey. I have yet to see any 350cc Cubs run those times at that track . It would also cost you much more $$$$ to build a cub than $1,100. Gotta remember here, your getting cyls., drag porting, pistons, domes, intakes, v force, and shipping for that price. PLUS , no down time waiting for portwork. These cylinders are proven F.A.S.T. as are the ones on F.A.S.T 1's 350 cc drag bike running i think 4.08s. Sounds like Dane may have a buyer already.... Shannon thats alright Its beginning to piss me off also. These cylinders are proven runners if people would come to the races they would know that. The only 350s that ran faster times were Jimmie and his boy. Us three are the only 350s that have gone in the 3s that I know of. And Jimmie and his boys are cubs. And if I would put Jimmie or his boy on my bike Im damn sure they would of been in the 3.8s no doubt in my mine. Oh and the races Im talking about are @ SAND RAT DRAGS!!!!
