milo_32000
How much weight do people take off flywheels ? Is there a rule of thumb for for how much you should take off for trail riding ? Thanks, Milo_32000
rocketboy
a stock banshee flywheel weighs approx 50 ounces (yfz450 wheel only weighs 26ounces btw),I like to generally remove 10 ounces for trails and play racing ,-12 ounces for duning and the ultra light cnc cut version for straight line drags i do is -19 ounces
Washburn
What is the overall benifit of lightening the flywheel 10 ozs? I can see it being a little snappier but wouldend that just kill the torque and the bottom ens us Banshee riders are already lacking? Its a cheap mod to do but its expensive to undo.
