I damn near gave it away to differentstrokes. I sold it for half of what I paid for it just 4 or 5 months ago....and I never even used it once.... Just shipped today, as a matter of fact! I put it up for sale here and planetsand, a lot of inquiries...and a lot of people wanted to steal it from me and have me strip the paint on it.... I was like, look...I'm already taking a big loss, and you want me to do all this labor stripping paint too? Uh....no. I had a deal fall through with a guy from Canada, too....on my part. I refunded him immediately once I realized all the hoops I had to jump through to ship out of country...I'll never, ever ship anything out of country again.... I love mine, and I can ride for a damn long times, but to be honest, $250 buys a lot of gas and Yamalube. Good luck bro, your gonna need bar riser or an extended stem too if you don't have them allready. iv looked around and they say you dont need a taller stem... i have tag t2 with the tag clamp on my bike and it rasies my bars inch and a half probly .. i guess we will see, i had to buy one i couldnt keep waiting around.. need it for halloween so i had to pay full price.. man im getting tired of passing up all the deals... i got fucked so much paying full price on shit! LiftdT4R Posted October 17, 2006 Report Share Posted October 17, 2006 (edited) I had a stock length stem, and renthal banshee bend bars, and it would rub the tank. The banshee bend are higher then the CR bend, and a lot of other bars. I needed 1" bar risers to clear the tank, unless you have taller bars I don;t see how it would clear the tank. Sucks you had to pay full on that, they are nice tanks though, they are the best lookin' OS tanks out there IMO.
