I am looking for a some 34 mm intakes i think. At least thats what I was told when i bought the shee. They are much larger than the stocks. I need some nice ones that are in good condition for less than 80 shipped via paypal. Pictures would help. I have the high bid right now on some ebay ones but i always get outbid.

What kind of intake's are you looking for. I have some UPP Racing rubber intake boots for 34mm carbs. They are just the kind that bolt right up to the cylinders. They are like these only in black.

I would rather have the aluminum manifold style. Thanks anyways.

If i was you and your getting an aluminum one. There is really only one option. It is the boss racing intake. It has a machined in crossover tube. That is the one that I have on my banshee right now. I got mine from in2glamis on ebay. I believe that is inland atv's screen name on ebay. 125 shipped.

I think that you about have to have pods, because the intake is so thick.

I have an aluminum airbox and im going to make custom length boots from the carbs to the airbox. So does your setup work good with those manifolds?

What type of paint did you use on your cylinders? That looks sweet.

I dont run an air box any more. I just use KN clamp on pods. When I was using the just the UPP intake boots and the PJ carbs with the stock air box it was a pain. The air box was wedged in there really tight. Running aftermarket carbs and an air box is a headache to do jetting. Once it was on there it was ok.

For the paint is it duplicolor's metal cast spray paint. Just make sure that you put on lots of light coats. The paint is starting to discolor a little around the exhaust ports. The paint is rated at 500 deg F.

I go through a lot of mud and water so i cant run pods. I need the airbox to keep water out.

Im gonna try and get some of that paint for when i rebuild the motor next month. I think a mettalic blue would look nice.
