Hollister_Hitman
I ordered a 35mm single carb last week from trinity racing. I called in the order to make sure that they had it in stock. The guy said my total was $505. I told him it said $465 online. He said "that was probaly for the carb only. Now I wasn't sure if I looked at the 33mm carb and the 35 was more expensive or it really was for the carb only. So I said ok that includes shipping right and he said no it will be about $15 more for shipping, so I said ok and ordered it. Well I looked at my credit card statement and they charged me $565. And on top of that when my order arrived the invoice that is usaully attached on top of the package was removed. So I have no invoice saying how much tax shipping and the carb were. I live in Ca so I know I was charged tax. I looked on trinityracing.com and it says $465 for the whole kit from what I understand. Can anyone tell me what they were charged from Trinity Racing? I am going to call tomorrow Edited October 4, 2006 by Hollister_Hitman
pipebomb
damn skippy. I'd be shaking their monkey tree quite a bit too wanting to know what happened. I mean come on, the price jumped 100 bucks from the computer to the time you recieved it. but then again I been hearing though the grapevine alot of bad things about Trinity and Alba lately. totally wrong orders, big price over charges, and "mule back from Tibet" like delivery time. Good luck w/ it man. Edited October 4, 2006 by pipebomb

Flip73
Dude, that just isn't right...call them. When I got mine, it was on the web for like $469 or $479. I actually bought it through FAST Jeff, but he charged me exactly what was on Trinity's site, or maybe he charged like $10 LESS than their site - but it definitely was not more. It was the carb, intake, throttle cable, airbox adapter. Everything needed was included. Not tax / shipping, but if they told you shipping was $15, the extra $85 must be tax...which means your tax in CA is like 18 or 19% - which I doubt. Definitely call them. If there prices went up, so be it. But if it's still advertised at that price they should honor it. Good luck bro...
PUSH THE THROTTLE
When I ordered mine a few years ago I know the price was under $500, I was thinking around $480 shipped.

And, since they're in Oregon (I think) you won't have to pay sales tax.. http://webforce.nwrain.net/founder/cascade...TORE_DEPT_ID=

He said he was going to show the wtore manager and send me an invoice and a Refund for the overcharge. I think someone was trying to pocket money
KlotzBanshee
I like alot of Trinity's products. But they are soooo over priced. They claim to charge more to cover the cost of higher grade materials. But daaaaamn!!
Animalman294
People have been warned time and time again about Trinity and their shitty customer no-service, and how much they are really proud of their products, expaining the prices. I would never buy anything directly from Trinity. Don't get me wrong, they have some really good products, but I would get them from Jeff and let him deal with them. Jeff is someone you can trust to give you the best deal possible and is on the lookout all the time to get you better quality products for good prices as well.............
