yfz450
Ok, I want to be sure I'm in the ballpark on jetting because my local dealership sucks and never has the $3.00 jets in stock that I need so I need to order them. It's a 1998 Banshee. Only mods are K&N dual pod filters with outerwears and a set of FMF fatty pipes and Titanium 2 silencers. FMF's website gives some recommendations but it's with the stock airbox. I've been told that the K&N's pick up a lot over the stock airbox so I don't want to follow FMF's website. I just put the FMF's on, and it came with the K&N's. Jetting right now was 25 pilot, 220 main and 1.5 turns on the a/f screw. I can tell that it's definitely lean right now, especially with the dropping temperatures. I'm thinking 27.5 pilot, 3rd clip stock needle, 300 - 340 main. Does that sound close?
black sunshine
I put fmf ssts on and a single k&n with snorkel removed this summer and ended up with a 340 before I got what I wanted on a plug chop. Im at 1000' and it was about 70F outside. That is pretty big for some reason but you could start there and be safe.

sredish
340's a little rich for Fatties. Try 300 to 310 to start with. You may stay at 300 or end up at 290 but 340s are rich. 27.5 will work well for the pilots. Needle 4th clip.

Banshee Roost
Mine likes the 320 mains stock needle 3rd clip and air screws adjusted for throttle response! 1100 ft elevation.
