8buck
I have the double buff (very thin) tires and one will only hold air for an hour or so. I sprayed it with soapy water and it has 20 to 30 places that leak very small amounts of air. Can this be fixed with "stopleak"? I really hate using that stuff but it beats buying new tires, at least for a while. Did over-inflation cause this or does this just happen sooner or later with these tires? flyingkermit
I add slime to all my tires makes them kinda heavy but saves heartache on the long rides somthin to think about
Skidmark
Yeah that stuff works pretty good. It wont fix nail holes but it fixes everything else.
Big Blue
Those tires are for dragging not dune riding.
dawarriorman
Problem with slime is it throws your tires out of balance. The best way is to buy tire balls, although they cost a fortune. Course I guess it would better to go ahead and try slime before you buy new tires.
