Infamous039
Ok, I thought my banshee was having jetting problems, but my jetting is right on now thanks to (ellison). When I begin to turn my handle bars to the right my bike will just bog down and shut off, when I turn the wheels to the left it runs fine. Also when I am riding, it is just loading up and not wanting to hit the power band???? I have put a brand new Coil on the bike and its getting great spark, the bike starts first or second kick, but when the wheels are turned to right it will not start at all. It only starts when the wheels are straight or turned to the left??????? I dont know where to start fixing this thing, Please give me some HELP
LiftdT4R
God damn, that is a weird one there. A simple thing to check is the gap between the pickup coil, and the flywheel. It should be .02" if I remember right. Usually when the bike takes a long ass time to hit on the powerband, the gap is too big. I'd check that really quick, otherwise, that is one of the weirder problems I've heard of.
BigRed350x
Sounds like your throttle cable is doing something weird. It could also be a short somewhere in your wiring harness. When you turn your wheeles something might be touching the harness somewhere and causing a short between two worn out wires. Its hard to tell man. Turning the wheeles on a banshee doesn't do anything besides turn the wheels so you have something else going on. Pull your gas tank and look for problems in the wiring. Maybe you have part of your harness would around your steering stem and its trying to unplug something when you turn.
Toomey Banshee
Check your throttle cable. With the bars turned to the right the cable is pushing into the carbs. I would make sure the cable is secured properly at the top of the carbs. Do you still have the TORS hooked up? You beat me to it Red. I would lay money down the throttle cable is loose on top of the carbs.

Infamous039
Thanks, I will check all of those things on my bike. This is a very wierd thing. I have my tors system completely removed. My kill switch is not connected at all and I dont have a key hookup on my banshee. When I start my bike I just put it in nuetral and kick her over and she fires right up and has been that way forever. This happen out of no where when I was just ripping it u and down the street. I will go over my entire wire harness and check my pickup coil. Thanks Everybody
