Do a search on Cub Cylinders...

Those Vitos monoblocks can be made to run...but, a Cheetah cub will beat them right out of the box, with nothing more than a casting clean up...

80 to 90 HP out of a stock stroke or 4 mil cub is very easily attainable with the right intake and exhaust setup...

Well...slap me and call me silly, but....he said 80 to 90 HP....

Sorry...that ain't no trail bike anymore... To take advantage of that kind of ponies, it's gonna be full throttle riding.

A good set of stock cylinders pushing 65ish or so are trail cylinders....

However...a cheetah motor might be a good choice as well. They're pricey, but have power valves and let you keep some low end...while still screaming with power on top.

But, they'll be more than a Vito's or Cub setup....

Hi guys,

here is a Link, how my banshee looks like.

Look only on the pictures, because the text is in german, but i will translate it in the furture. I know that your banshees looks cooler, but if you wanna drive on the streets, here in germany, than you have to follow rules, or it is not allowed to drive on the open streets, thats the reason, for the lot of useless '"crap" on my shee.

As you can see on my tyres, i am a street only driver, no dunes, no mountains, no hills, only the blank hard street!

Please tell me, what choices i have and which is in your oppinion the best. And don't forget to tell me, where i can get the stuff i need!

With best regards Steamy

P.S. Please excuse my not so good english!

If you have the money...a cheetah would be the way to go, or...even an RZ motor conversion. For street driving, you're gonna want some lower RPM power.

The cub cylinder is all top end. No bottom, very little middle...all top end. Unless you plan on screaming around 6K to 10K RPM all the time, the cub is a bad fit.

I'm not sure how much bottom the Vito's cylinder has.

The Cheetah would be a good runner though. I'd stay away from a high compression, huge stroke engine, since you'll be on the streets...you'll want reliability...

Just my 02...

Steamy First off, thats looks like a very well thought out+put together street runner! You'll get all kinds of opinions here, but i would really listen to what dajogejr has to say.I totally agree with his opinion.A correctly ported mx 4mil stock cylinder motor, a rz conversion,or a power valved cheeta set up would give you a much more useable power curve for the street.

I wouldn't discount a set of cub cylinders. Most people here use pipes on them (shearers) that kill their low end. With more of a midrange pipe and a 4mm cub you will have more bottom end than your current set-up and still make hp in the 80's.
